baronet and politician.

Family
Aged twenty he married Mary Cave on 28 September 1670. She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Cave, 1st Baronet and four years his junior. The couple had two daughters and a son. Bridgeman died intestate in 1701 and was survived by his wife for few weeks; both were buried in St Michael's, Coventry. He was succeeded in the baronetcy by his son OrlandoSir Orlando Bridgeman, 2nd Baronet
