Rubin registered AllGames.com on August 19, 1996. The website was the first webpage he created the early versions were coded by hand in HTML 1.0 by Rubin with the help of the first ten issues of NetGuide
. In September 1996 VisionNET Productions launched the All Games Network, it featured the continuation of Game Time!, which at the time aired its 75th episode. The network also included game playing strategies, contests, downloadable demos and served as a source for finding network gaming opponents in addition to interviews, reviews and news already available on Game Time! StereoGraphics was the first company to advertise on All Games Network's Game Time! using the AudioAds advertisement system from VisionNET. AudioAds were the combination of audio and synchronized graphics to create more effective advertisement and "will ensure advertisers a far higher response rate".

At Pseudo Rubin created and managed a joint venture with the NFL and launched the NFL Quarterback Club Channel. In January 2000 David Bohrman was appointed as the new CEO, he unsuccessfully tried to change the direction of Pseudo and while he said he would not tamper with the micro-channels, all the networks, including AllGames, were disbanded a month into his tenure. Eventually Pseudo ran out of money and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

It was plagued by technical difficulties. The first episode was set to be released on April 3, 2010, but due to them miscalculating how long it would take to get the show online it was released four days late. The first episode, "Words with Friends", was wrongly exported and resulted in a 370 MB video file that was released; the video was later correctly exported and re-released. Although the show is filmed in HD, the TriCaster used does not support HD. This results in SD

When told that Revision3 already had a show like that and that it would be the same, Rubin said that App A Day TV would be nothing like AppJudgment; he went on to criticize AppJudgment by saying it is just "her reading of some teleprompter while we look at the phone and [it and I] I just think their reviews are way too long, their apps, they're usually free or 99 cents, you don't need spend five minutes describing a 99 cent app". He continued by saying that "you don't have to go into an in-depth walkthrough". Rubin said his show wouldn't be "one person droning on for five minutes about one app", but instead the show would be more lighthearted and offer interviews with the developers themselves.
