Borrowing the idea of catchy names given to other female vocalists such as “The Liltin” Miss Martha Tilton, and “The Singing Rage” Miss Patti Page, Sarah earned a reputation as "The Regal Miss Sarah Spiegel", or simply "The Regal Miz". Her 1930s and '40s songs can be heard daily on the popular radio station, WJTW 100.3 FM in Palm Beach County, right alongside Frank Sinatra
