. It is located on the far east side of the city at 545 North Camino Seco, just north of Vicksburg Street between Broadway and Speedway Boulevards. The school mascot is the Cougar, and the school's colors are scarlet and navy. The school participates in many sports, such as baseball and mainly football.

Mountain Shadows News serves as Sahuaro's student run newspaper, and coming in the Fall of 2008 will also publish official administrative publications as well as daily announcements. Mountain Shadows has been a traditional part of the school since its inception.

Crew Club

Sahuaro Crew Club offers students an exciting job where they get paid to provide technical services at school events. Students get hired as student activities helpers by the Tucson Unified School District and receive minimum wage for their services.
