Mountain Shadows News serves as Sahuaro's student run newspaper, and coming in the Fall of 2008 will also publish official administrative publications as well as daily announcements. Mountain Shadows has been a traditional part of the school since its inception.Crew Club

Students get hired as student activities helpers by the Tucson Unified School District and receive minimum wage for their services.
