was 169.6 people per square mile (66.2/km²). There were 29 housing units at an average density of 102.5 per square mile (40.0/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.92% White and 2.08% Native American.
There were 24 households out of which 20.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples
living together, 4.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 45.8% were non-families. 41.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.00 and the average family size was 2.62.
In the city the population was spread out with 14.6% under the age of 18, 14.6% from 18 to 24, 22.9% from 25 to 44, 27.1% from 45 to 64, and 20.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 92.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 105.0 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $18,750, and the median income for a family was $28,750. Males had a median income of $16,875 versus $14,250 for females. The per capita income
for the city was $15,025. There were no families and 5.3% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
