Ramon ended 2009 with a tour with his own band which includes Akos Hasznos on bass and Paul Francis on drums, which included four performances at maximum security prisons to test out his new material, which he believes will be released in 2011. He has continued to tour as well with his new world music/blues band with Diable Cissokho. Ramon's new band is called The West African Blues Project and further explores the link between Blues and Africa.
Recently The Ramon Goose Band were filmed by National France's TV2, for their performance at this years Festival in France, Le Blues Autour Du Zinc.
