Prabda graduated from the Cooper Union School of Art
in New York City
in 1997. He worked as a graphic designer
briefly in Manhattan
before returning to Thailand for his required military service.
After the service, Prabda started to write short stories and columns for various Thai magazines. He has since published collections of short stories, essays and novels. His screenplay

Prabda started his own small publishing house, Typhoon Books, in 2004. He lives and works in Bangkok.
