Production

All songs were written on acoustic guitar

 before being demoed. Guitarist Nathaniel Cox wrote all lyrics with some input by vocalist Justin Holman. "A Gift," "Seven," and "Straight Jacket Labels" served as the band's first three demos produced by Tommy Henriksen
