Place Sainte-Foy, one of Ivanhoe Cambridge's oldest malls, was built by the preceding entity Ivanhoe Corporation in 1958. Its most prominent past anchors are Steinberg
(1958-1992), Miracle Mart/M (1964-1992) and Eaton
(1975-1999). The Simons store has been in the mall since 1961, making it one of the longest dating anchor stores in the province

. Holt Renfrew has been there since 1965.
