Paul Baghdadlian (July 10, 1953 – June 28, 2011) was often known simply as Paul, was an Armenian singer, songwriter, musician, entertainer, and businessman. Referred to as the King of Love Songs. His music was loved by all Armenians particularly by the Armenian diaspora

he died after a long battle with cancer. Cause of death was ruled to be lung cancer & respiratory failure. He had married twice first wife Ani Baghdadlian, they had two childeren Paul Baghdadlian Jr and Christopher Baghdadlian. With his second wife Dzaghig Baghdadlian they had one daughter Verginie Baghdadlian.
