Palasa-Kasibugga has good educational infrastructure for a Tier - 4 city. St. Francis De'sales school is the best english medium school in the town. Other notable schools include Grace Convent School, Little Angels and BET. There is a good Zilla Parishad High School and Rly Mixed High School as well, with a big ground.

There are two engineering colleges in the town and lot of other degree colleges, both government and private.
