  • Crestview drops football after the 1981-82 school year, but stays in conference for all other sports.

2000s

  • Crestview football rejoins in the 2000-01 school year. Their football program returned as an independent for the 1999 season. Upper Scioto Valley would leave when this school year came to end.
  • Lima Perry leaves after the 2003-04 school year.
  • Lima Central Catholic joins for the 2006-07 school year.
