In addition to bus services, the company also offered PCV training.
On Monday 18 June 2007 it was announced that Rotala plc was to purchase North Birmingham Busways for £860,000.
On Monday 20 August 2007 the bus service operations and vehicles transferred to Rotala's bus operating arm in the West Midlands
