The band's name is a portmanteau blending the Bulgarian
words nasekomo (insect
) and komix (comics
).
) and Michail Yossifov (Vendetta

Reason for the assembly was invitation from an youth music festival in Padua, Italia, received by the Monday Morning, however rejected by the other members apart from Roni, who urgently gathered a new group with other musicians. Later on Nasekomix were joined by Alexander Daniel - Sandi (drums, Ambient Anarchist) and George Donchev (electric upright bass

) while Alexander Yanev and tkrst left the band.

Towards the еnd of 2009 Nasekomix published their first studio recording LP
'Adam’s Bushes, Eva’s Deep', produced by the band in collaboration with the English producer Ilian Walker

) and Anguel Christanov (Art Eternal production house). The album met the superlatives of the critics and soon acquired popularity.
