Geography

Mundaun has a combined area, , of 8.6 km² (3.3 sq mi). Of this area, 60.7% is used for agricultural purposes, while 29.0% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 4.7% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (5.7%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains).
