Motikan is a Kurdish clan inhabiting geographical areas that the indigenous tribes of the region consider the Mutki region of Bitlis
in Northern Kurdistan or southeast Turkey
, as well as the Mutki region of Serhat in Northern Kurdistan. The Motikan are also referred to as the Motti, Mutki or Motiki. Motiki Kurds in the Bitlis
region generally speak Zazaki
