Play Modes

As a new feature usable with the Monopoly Party game, players can choose from either of two play modes: Classic Mode or Party Mode.

Classic Mode

In this mode, gamers can play the original Monopoly board game. Players take turns, and game-play follows the Official Rules.

Party Mode

In Party Mode, participants all roll the dice at the same time, and tokens then move simultaneously to their destination. Most Classic Mode rules apply, but debts are assessed from richest to poorest. This, however, this can be changed in the Custom Rules menu. Games in Party Mode usually progress faster than games in Classic Mode.

Themes

Players can also choose from five different themes: Classic, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Pre-Historic, or Ancient Monuments. In all themes you can choose currency: US Dollar ($)

Classic

This is the classic version of the board, with all the regular tokens. While using this theme you can select from a variety of property names like: US, UK, German, French, Spanish, or Italian. This feature is only available with the Classic theme.

Sci-Fi

This is a futuristic-like board with a large spaceship in the center. Tokens include a Ground Rover (like a Rover
