. He is married and has four children. Fidai holds a master's degree in public relations, media and communication as well as a degree in educational science and a three-year diploma in English language

. He has received over 50 trainings both at home and aboard in management, leadership and communication areas. In less than a year, despite ruling the most difficult province of Wardak, Fidai became the most accomplished governor of the country and the US press is promoting him as regional leader who is the most effective wielder of power.
