, the practical and search studios directed on development of the professional modern art and architecture, the adoption of new creative technologies, the formation of national culture, the preparation and the edition of monographies and scientific papers of the principal directions of scientific activity.

It was found in December 2001, under the auspices of the Ministry of culture and art of Ukraine, the vice-president НАН of Ukraine I. F. Kuras, the vice-prime-minister of Ukraine (humanitarian dept.) V. P. Seminojenko.
