From the south, Mission Street enters the city mid-block between Templeton Avenue in Daly City and Huron Avenue in San Francisco, and continues north through the Crocker-Amazon, Excelsior, Bernal Heights, Outer Mission, Inner Mission, and Downtown neighborhoods. From there the road turns northeast and travels through the South of Market neighborhood (running a full block south of Market Street
