Minico High School, also known as Minidoka County High School, is a public high school

. The only high school in the county, its jurisdiction includes all of Minidoka County as well as the rural Yale area in the panhandle
of southeastern Blaine County
and the very northeastern part of Lincoln County near Kamima.
The name Minico derives from a contraction of "Minidoka County." It is operated by the Minidoka County Joint School District.

Minico offers a variety of clubs and student oriented programs including: Key Club, Leo Club, Student Body/Council Government, Business Club, Young Republicans, Young Democrats (aka The Young and Naive), French Club, Spanish Club, FCCLA, Speech Arts Club, Ski Club, Mountain Bike Club, and FFA. Minico has three performing teams, the Cheerleaders, and the Spartan Dance Force. The school's student newspaper is The Spartan Chronicle.

The Spartan baseball team has recently been a power at the state level. Minico won the 4A state tournament in 2005 and was 4A runner up in 2007, losing the final 10-9 to Columbia High School

In the 2007 the Spartan football team went undefeated in the regular season (8-0) and won the Great Basin (West) conference. Minico defeated Rigby High School
in a playoff to qualify for the 4A state tournament, but lost in the quarter finals to the eventual 4A state champion Blackfoot Broncos
