Admissions and curriculum

Extracurricular activities

The school has five houses: Suryas, Mithras, Amon-re, Helios, and Sol. There is also an after-school club for students, the motto is which is "Connecting the Mind and Heart".

, and music. The school has activity rooms for dance, music, and arts and crafts. There is a separate indoor games cell with a health club to train kids in karate, aerobics and gymnastics.

The school arranges for breakfast and lunch and students must eat at the mess.

Uniform

The boys' uniform is a plane pista green shirt and dark navy blue trousers. The girls have the same shirt with a dark navy blue divided skirt. The uniform on Thursdays is a white shirt with a house colored collar and a house colored divided skirt for the girls, and for the boys a white shirt with a house colored collar and a white colored pair of pants.

Leadership

The Correspondents of the School are Mr. B.S. Neelakanta and Mrs. Renuka B. The Principal of Meridian School for Boys and Girls, Hyderabad is Usha L Reddy.

The school has a parent association, the Meridian Schools Parents Association.

Recognition

In 2007, the principal of the school, Usha Reddy, was the cover story in the October issue of the magazine, Mentor.
