She also appeared in Búscame esa chica (Find That Girl) with the Spanish idols "El Duo Dinámico" (a popular duet of the sixties and seventies), which had some biographical elements — it featured Marisol singing "Mi pequeña estrella" (My Little Star), "Typical Spanish" and "Solo a Ti" (Only You) — and she made a brief appearance in La historia de Bienvenido (The Bienvenido's Story), a tale about a donkey.

There are many websites devoted to her. Twenty years after her retirement, she still enjoys the love and devotion of thousands of fans around the world. The Spanish press calls her "un mito", a living legend.
