The median age was 50 years. For every 100 females there were 95.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.7 males.

Loghill Village is divided into two main communities by a shallow gorge. known as the Green Belt, running southwest to northeast.

Tourism

Loghill Village is a primarily tourist based community. It has several golf courses, including the Fairway Pines Golf Course and Divide Ranch and Club Golf Course. It also features a restaurant on the Divide golf course. Along the Log Hill Escarpment, it also maintains several lookout points overlooking Pleasant Valley with views of the Sneffels Range
