Lifelong Learning Programme 2007–2013 in Finland has been implemented in several ways. The programmes are coordinated by an unit of the ministry of the education of Finland, Centre for International Mobility – CIMO. Finland has been a member of the European union beginning with 1st January, 1995 and taken part in the previous educational programmes.
