In January 2011 she completed in the IPC World Athletic Championships. Whilst there she took a bronze in the 200m with a time of 26.75 losing out to a vastly more experienced El Hannouni with a winning time of 25.83.
A few days later after breezing through qualifying, she took gold with a time of 12.73
The IPC is the last major event before the 2012 Paralympic games held in London.
