. The club was founded in 1963 in response to community requests for a neighbourhood curling club. The city owns the building and the Parks and Recreation Department provides support with the management and maintenance of the facility. The club has its own member-elected Board of Directors which manages all aspects of the operation of the club in partnership with the City.
