In 1975 he graduated from Vilnius Civil Engineering Institute and later from the Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts.
As an architect he has designed buildings, interiors, furniture (the Republic of Lithuania credentials Hall, 1995), created a stained-glass office building and various sculptures.
