Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College (KLIUC), formerly known as IKRAM College was established in 1998 following the privatization of the Research and Training Institute of Public Works Department, Malaysia (IKRAM).
Three years into the business of education, KLIUC is already recognized for its quality management system achieved through ISO 9001 :2000 certification in December 2000.

These hostel blocks are a 5-minute walk from the academic block (except for engineering blocks, which takes about 15- to 20-minute walk).
