Krispy Kreme have opened a new store in Avon Meads, Bristol. A further new store opened at Cabot Circus, also in Bristol in late August 2010

On the 19 April 2011 Krispy Kreme opened their first store in Wales. The store is in Cardiff, situated in The St Davids shopping centre.

Krispy Kreme currently separate their stores into three categories.

Factory stores

Factory Stores are entirely self sufficient, they produce all 15 doughnut varieties as well as the newly introduced dessert collection.

Hot tunnels

Hot Tunnels are a format of Krispy Kreme doughnuts that have the ability to add warm glaze to original glazed doughnuts that are produced elsewhere. These stores have all varieties brought in from factory stores.

Fresh locations

Fresh Locations rely entirely on factory stores. They have doughnuts brought in fresh everyday. These are usually based in smaller locations with a high footfall. The most common locations for these stores are at railway stations and airports or inside larger Tesco stores.

There are currently many fresh cabinets located inside Tesco stores around the UK. These cabinets feature fresh doughnuts delivered daily. A full list can be found on the company's official website.

They do not have any stores in Scotland, only England and Wales

Products

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts offer 15 varieties of doughnuts in the UK plus the occasional feature doughnut. Following the success of the Easter feature doughnut, 'Chocolate Dreamcake' (a slight variation of a previous doughnut entitled the 'Kreme Dream'), it was made permanent as part of the 'Dessert Collection' which also included two new doughnuts, 'Apple Crumble' and 'Lemon Meringue'. 'Apple Crumble' was later discontinued.
