In his spare time, he enjoys playing pool and soccer.

Tachibana has an older brother, Yuta, and two younger sisters, Mai and Mio; Mio is currently a model and was part of the group Soran Happies.

Tachibana is also close friends with Hero Jaejoong of TVXQ
