In 1988 Nakazawa became among the first Japanese adult video actresses to perform anal sex
in an adult video according to an interview in the July 1988 issue of Beppin magazine. She retired from AV after the 1989 video Ecstasy 5. Nakazawa was also a regular feature in various Japanese erotic magazines during the mid and late-1980s. She was recognized for her work in the adult video industry when she won the third GORO Tish Madonna Award.
