Moutsatsou performed the role of Evdokia Iordanidou in the film Kayıkçı released on 24 September 1999.

She also took part in the series called Tutkunum Sana in 2006 in Turkey.

In 2008, she left Turkey to for a 'new challenge' pursuing acting in Los Angeles. She had a bit part in the smash-hit The Hangover
