Accaoui previously attended St. Andrew High School. He led them to a pair of New England Championships as he scored more than 1,600 career points and had his number retired . Accaoui was a two-time team captain who earned team MVP honors as a senior. He also was selected to the all-state team twice and was a McDonald’s All-American nominee.

College

His college coach was quoted: “Joey is going to have a great senior year. He has improved each season and has continued to work hard this past offseason.
