 and Franklin Roosevelt were there. Their valets also arrived with them: a Russian, Griša; an American, Larry; and an Englishman, Stanley. They are all in villa "Aramovski", which is cared for by houskeeper Nina Filipovna. However, the valets don't trust each other. They start to discuss how would they divide the world, and maybe they would succeed if in the Antarctic

 there wasn't place named "Green Meadow", about which their bosses don't know. Houskeeper Nina shares branch for hanging of clothes on three parts, and each part she gives to one of the valets. Stanley and Larry have rebeld and nearly all three valets were expelled from the villa, when it was found that Griša secretly hangs clothes on whole branch. Nina tries to calm them down by promising them that she will be kind to all three. However, she was kind only to Stanley and Larry, so the valets started to fight each other. At the time bomb was activated in yard of the villa.

Musical ends when all three leaders, Churchill, Stalin and Roosevelt agree that "Green Meadow" will be no-mans land. After that they are all singing song "Neka cijeli ovaj svijet" ("Let This Whole World").
