Jackson served as Music Director of the renowned choir of Church of God Mission Int Inc, founded by Archbishop Benson Idahosa

. The Archbishop was legendary for being the premier pentecostal evangelist from Africa, ministering all over the world. Jackson served under the Archbishop as the leader of the Idahosa World Outreach (IWO) singers, the archbishop's crusade music team, for over 10 years.
Jackson founded Tugbeh World Outreach in 1985 with a vision to proselyte the world. One of the major accomplishments of this outreach was The Liberian Refugee Gospel Invasion started in 1990, rendering support and assistance to the disadvantaged and victimized in his country.

Jackson acquired a degree in Theology in the All Nations For Christ Bible Institute. He later transitioned to House on The Rock church in Lagos, founded by Pastor Paul Adefarasin, where he is an associate pastor, the Deputy Director of Missions for West Africa, and the pastor in charge of the entire Music department.
In 1995 he released his first music album titled "Do it again". He currently is working on his next music project titled "Change is coming", with a possible release date set for November 2011.
Jackson also began hosting a vibrant radio show in 1999 called Beacon of Hope, broadcasting in Monrovia
