(released in 2007). The band comprises Darek Mudge (guitars), Joel Potter (bass), Damon Cox (drums/vocals) and Phil Ballantyne (vocals/guitars).

Intercooler was formed in 2001 when Damon paired up with already established songwriting trio Phil Ballantyne, Joel Potter and Michael Caso (later replaced by Darek Mudge). They all had the same affinity for rock music and so decided to form the band Intercooler as their genre was chosen for them.

After a long time rehearsing and practicing their work they moved to work in a studio. With the real scene around them their band's 'sound' really started coming through. Their vocal and instrumental style had sound elements of pop, while still maintaining a distinct rocking edge.

According to Intercooler, their song lyrics are written about all the things which have kept rock 'n' roll kicking along for decades - love, love lost and love never realised.

After completing their album, Intercooler toured up and down the east coast of their home country of Australia, playing shows with the likes of The Casanovas
