Hopedale Commons is an assisted living facility totaling 88 units. The Commons is located next door to the hospital, nursing home, physician offices, and wellness center, making it easier for the elderly who prefer to live close to medical care.

Hopedale Nursing Home

Hopedale Nursing Home is a 74 bed licensed facility offering 24-hour nursing care. It is physically connected to Hopedale Hospital and to physicians' offices by a common corridor for the convenience of our residents and their families. The 26-room Hillman Pavilion addition was added to the Hopedale Nursing Home in fall of 2000 offering private accommodations.

Hopedale Wellness Center

Hopedale Wellness Center, which opened July 4, 2002, is a facility containing an indoor gym; walking track; three therapy pools, including a 75 feet (22.9 m) lap pool; large cardiovascular area with exercise equipment; locker rooms; and conference room.
