Holy Trinity Catholic High School, colloquially known as "HT", is one of the newest Roman Catholic high school

manner. The school allows attendance of Catholic and non-Catholic alike to take part in an advanced learning institution. Students are encouraged to exemplify Canadian values, stressing an importance of the environment, conservation, and critical thinking inside and out of school. Weekly student charities and awareness campaigns have covered such issues as domestic violence, local animal shelters, food drives, and gift collections.

Holy Trinity has become so popular since its opening in September 2001 that an addition was built on the South side of the school and was ready for September 2007. The school was built for less than 1000 students and the current enrolment has well exceeded that capacity. The addition consists of ten classrooms added to the southwest corner of the school plus a food services classroom and conference room. The addition was required because the school had overcrowded hallways and twelve portables
in September 2006. John Burroughs, the principal at that time, expected that enrolment will peak in the next few years after 2006. Some reasons for the higher than expected enrolment at Holy Trinity since its opening are state-of-the-art technology equipment, excellent athletic facilities/equipment and the fact that it is the only Catholic

. Holy Trinity did fundraising in the 2006-2007 school year to raise enough money to start a football team for the school. They were successful in their attempt and the team played their first game in September 2007. The school provides alternative options for a gym credit, including hockey, yoga, rhythmic gymnastics, and wheel pottery.
Holy Trinity maintains a sports rivalry with cross-town high school, Simcoe Composite School
. Competition is intensified each fall, as both schools vie for cheerleading and tug-o-war prizes at the Norfolk County Fair.
