Harborside Financial Center

The Harborside Financial Center is an office complex in the Exchange Place district of Jersey City, New Jersey
located on the Hudson Waterfront
. It contains the Harborside Plazas 2 and 3, Harborside Plaza 1, Harborside Plaza 4A, Harborside Plaza 10, and the Harborside Plaza 5. Two additional buildings are planned; the Harborside Plaza 7 is approved and Harborside Plaza 4 is proposed. All buildings are owned and managed by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, with the exception of Harborside Plaza 10, which it sold but continues to manage.
Harborside Plazas 2 and 3 are adjoining buildings 12 stories tall. It's the oldest in the complex and has close to 1.5 million square feet of space.
Harborside Plaza 1 is an eight-story class A office building located at the world-class Harborside Financial Center on the Jersey City waterfront. In 2007 a $12 million renovation was completed on the lobby which was designed by Beyer Blinder Belle.
Harborside Plaza 4A offers everything you need with office, retail, and parking components, the property consists of a three-story class A office building built above a seven-story, 1,100-car parking garage, with a two-story retail component on the west side.
Harborside Plaza 10 is an award-winning waterfront office tower developed by Mack-Cali for Charles Schwab & Co., in 2002. Mack-Cali continues to manage the building, which it sold in 2003.
Harborside Plaza 5 is a 480ft (146m) tall high-rise located at 160 Greene Street. It was completed in 2002 and has 34 floors. It is the 5th tallest building in the city and was designed by Grad Associates

Harborside Plaza 7 is an approved skyscraper
to be located at Greene Street at Bay Street. It is going to have 59 floors and be 800ft (244m) tall. It will be the tallest building in the city. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
Harborside Plaza 4 is a proposed skyscraper. It will have 38 floors and 88,257 m² of floor area.
