Haldyn Glass Gujarat Limited (HGGL) was incorporated in the year 1991. The promoter Haldyn Glass Limited has been in Soda Lime Flint & Amber Glass containers manufacturing since the year 1964. Mr. N.D. Shetty is the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company. Mr. Tarun N. Shetty, Director of the company has been appointed as a Whole Time Director of the company with effect from August 1, 2009.

The manufacturing plant of HGGL is located at village Gavasad, taluka Padra, Vadodara, in the state of Gujarat, India. The company installed and started a new furnace of capacity 100 tons per day in March 2008, before which it had a 165 tons per day capacity plant. In FY 2008-09, the Company completed its Expansion and Diversification Project to have aggregate capacity of 300 tons per day. The Company has flexibility to manufacture Glass Bottles of various sizes, shapes and colours.

The company has clients in industries like food, pharmaceutical, chemicals, cosmetics, liquor, and beverages industries. The company has also been exporting its products.
