One of Gregg's first recording's was Brandon Field's "The Other Side of the Story" in 1985. It also featured David Garfield on keyboards. A few years later Gregg would start playing shows with Brandon, David, Steve Lukather on Guitar and John Pena on bass as "Los Lobotomys" to standing room only audiences at the "Baked Potato". An l.a. jazz club/restaurant playing rock, latin, jazz and more.

1990 & 1993 Gregg released drum videos "Private Lesson" and "Reading, Playing and Soloing with a Band" respectively.
