Expansion
An increase in the number of pupils on roll led to extensive building programme in 2003 worth £3.5 million, which has added several new specialist classrooms to the school, which contains 4 Geography classrooms, 8 Mathematics classrooms and 2 ICT rooms. The new building is named the 'Archimedes Block' or 'A block' for short. The addition of specialist status in Maths and Computing has also facilitated the much-needed upgrade of ICT facilities in the school.
