Floorball Canada is divided into four regional branches/federations: Alberta Floorball Association, British Columbia Floorball Federation, Floorball Ontario, and Québec Floorball Association. Floorball Canada's goal is to add three more regional branches: Saskatchewan

Floorball Canada has been an ordinary member of the International Floorball Federation

 since 2001. Canada was given membership as part of the IFF in 1998. As of June 30, 2008, there are 1,000 registered floorball players in Canada, which is five times the total of registered players in 2007.

Floorball Canada was originally known as the Canadian Unihockey/Floorball Federation and then for a short period as the Canadian Floorball Federation.
