. Each year, the NSCRO hosts a final four-style college rugby national championship for small colleges competing in Division III.

The NSCRO sponsors 4 regional tournaments: New England, New York/Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and South. The Regional Champions are invited to compete in the annual Fearsome Four to determine the Division III College Rugby National Champion.
