He is also the current Director of the National Chemistry Instrumentation Center (NCIC) housed in Schmitt Hall, Ateneo de Manila University. The NCIC houses the only Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Mass Spectrometry equipment in the Philippines
