Joint venture
As part of its plans, Ten announced that it intended to establish a separate joint venture, entitled ElevenCo, with international distributor CBS Studios International to provide content for the new channel. Subject to regulatory approval, the Ten Network will hold a two-thirds equity stake in the venture, with CBS holding the remaining share. Under the arrangement, Eleven will be able to source programming from CBS's back catalogue.Programming
