The club is officially known as the "EHL Wolves" since 2010. However the École hôtelière de Lausanne ice hockey team has been created in 2005, under the name of Committee Ice Hockey.
They play in the "Ligue Lausannoise de hockey-sur-glace" http://www.ligue-lausannoise.ch/ and they won the 2010 championship for the first time. Although season 2010-2011 was very successful as well, the Wolves finished on the second march of the podium. The main opponents were to competitive that season.
