Psychologist, educator, author and parent of three, Dr. Walsh is a self-proclaimed authority on parenting, family life and the impact of media on children and teens. David Walsh was the president and founder of the National Institute on Media and the Family

Walsh received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Minnesota
. He is currently on the faculty there and is also a consultant to the World Health Organization
