Gameplay
Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova 2 features the classic Game Mode of Dance Dance Revolution, including Nonstop and Challenge Mode courses. Battle Mode from the previous SuperNova returns. Replacing Stellar Master Mode from SuperNova is Hyper Master Mode, the main form of gameplay that allows new songs, courses, and other extras to be unlocked.Hyper Master Mode
New to Master Mode is the use of the dancing character as a tool to help players advance through the levels. As players progress they earn points which can be used in the shop to buy new songs, courses, new modes of play, and components for the on-screen dancing character. Components, when equipped, make passing song in Hyper Master Mode easier or harder depending on the player's configuration. It is up to the player to determine which components are best suited for each song.Music
This is the soundtrack of Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova 2. The songs with a padlock next to their title are locked until purchased using in-game points. Yellow songs are licensed tracks, pink songs are new Konami Originals, green songs are returning Konami Originals and red songs are "boss songs" indicating the most difficult tracks available in the game.Song | Artist | ||
